SYNOPSIS
A return to the action adventure sci-fi genre that made James Cameron famous,
"AVATAR" is also an emotional journey of redemption and revolution. It is the
story of
a wounded ex-marine, thrust unwillingly into an effort to settle and exploit
an exotic
planet rich in bio-diversity, who eventually crosses over to lead the indigenous
race in
a battle for survival. Shot entirely in 3-D, and shown in both 3-D and 2-D.

SYNOPSIS
A cop (Mel Gibson) and widower witnesses what first appears to be the accidental
killing of his daughter, Emma (Bojana Novakovic). Distraught by the loss and further
troubled by his conviction that the bullet was intended for him, he takes on the
murder investigation with an obsessive zeal to see justice done. The investigation
leads him to uncover an illegal plutonium stockpile. Based upon the BBC series
"Edge of Darkness" directed by Martin Campbell.
