Learning to ski or snowboard is a new and exciting experience to be remembered!
The most popular way to learn is to book a series of lessons which wprogressively
cover all the skills and techniques you need to know in order to reach 'recreational'
standard. This is the level that you are deemed to be safe on our main slope unaccompanied.
A beginner needs to pass each level of lesson (see below) to learn how to ski/snowboard
but as eveyone learns at their own pace some people may need to retake certain
levels, depending on personal progress. Each 1 hour lesson covers an individual
level or for those who want to fastrack their way to recreational standard there
are 2 and 3 hour lessons or full day courses. In general our lessons for individuals
are taught in groups of up to 7 people for snowboarding and up to 10 people for
skiing, or you can opt to have private lessons for more intense and tailored coaching.
Once you reach reacreational standard you can enjoy the main slope on your own
on special session or why not boost your confidence and your bag of tricks with
coaching or special advanced sessions.
