What information do we need to collect?

When you order tickets or passes for SNO!zone or register for updates on our promotions we need to know your name, e-mail address and delivery address, credit/debit card number and expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your order. We also ask you for your telephone number(s) so that we can contact you easily if required.

How do we use your information?

Any personal information relating to you will be held on our computers in London and will be used and recorded by us in accordance with the current relevant data protection legislation and this Privacy Policy. We use the information collected from you to process orders for passes or tickets. We may use your personal information to communicate with you, to notify you about important changes or developments to the site or our services, for record keeping purposes, and in aggregate (and therefore anonymously) for market research purposes, to track activities on our site to publish trends and/or to improve usefulness and content and we may contact you by email, mail, fax or phone.

Your personal data may also be accessed by or given to carefully vetted third parties including companies within the Xscape group and who we use to provide services on our behalf, including mailing and delivering tickets or passes, answering your questions about our services and available activities, sending e-mail, analysing data and processing credit card payments . We will only provide those companies the information they need to deliver the service and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.
