SNO!zone at Xscape is excited to offer ski and snowboard SNO!camps for children aged between 8 and 15 years for those who are complete beginners and also for ones that meet the minimum recreational standard : (control speed, link turns and use a poma lift).

The camps will be running, starting on the following dates:

22nd October

The SNO!camp recreational activities will build on the pupils’ technique and also introduce race, slalom and freestyle skills through expert tuition from our instructors (please note that these activities are subject to change).  

The SNO!zone lesson camp activities will build on the pupils ski and snowboarding skills, from these we aim to get the pupils up to recreational standard (please note this is not guaranteed), through expert tuition from our instructors.    

With lunch and snacks provided, the children will also take part in bowling, Laserzone, Crazy golf, tobogganing and a film at Cineworld. Please note that not all activities will take place on the shorter 2/4 day camps. Also included in the price is a SNO!camp survival bag.

The 5 day camp runs from Monday to Friday at a cost of £245 per child.

The 2 day camp is on Monday and Tuesday, or Wednesday and Thursday costing £145.

The 2 day lesson camp is on a Monday and Tuesday costing £190.

SKI & BOARD SNO!camp PROPOSED ITINERARY

Please note that the following itinerary is intended to provide a guide for the content of each day of the camp. Therefore, the activities and timings are subject to change.

8.30-9.00	DROP OFF	Your child must be accompanied to the staffed summer camp drop off point within SNO!zone and signed in by an authorised adult*.
9.00-9.30	BRIEFING & EQUIPMENT ISSUED	Details of the days activities will be provided, followed by the issuing of ski/board equipment and clothing.
9.30-10.45	ON THE SLOPE	Session: improving turns/technique/slalom/freestyle.
10.45-11.00	MORNING BREAK	A snack and drink will be provided
11.00-12.00	ON THE SLOPE	Session: improving turns/technique/slalom/freestyle.
12.00-13.00	LUNCH/VIDEO VIEWING & FEEDBACK	A selection of hot meals and drinks will be offered for lunch, any food allergies or requirements must be specified on the Medical & Parental Consent Form.
13.00-14.30	ON THE SLOPE	Improvements on the morning session including timed races
14.30-15.00	AFTERNOON BREAK	A snack and drink will be provided
15.00-17.00	XSCAPE ACTIVITIES	Cineworld/Bowling/Laserzone/ Tobogganing/ Ice Slide
17.00-17.30	PICK UP	Your child must be collected from the collection point within the SNO!zone and signed out by an authorised adult*.
