Xscape Milton Keynes operate a Pay and Display car park between 7am and 6pm.
The car park around the Xscape Building is split into two different sections,
the outer section is Council owned and managed by NCP (the purple area). All
entrances into the car park are clearly marked as such.
The area nearest to the building is owned by Xscape and managed by Vinci Park
Services , you drive over Red lines and pass signs stating that you are entering
into the Xscape car-park. These two car parks operate a different pricing structure.
You can park on site for between 25p and 80p per hour, depending on which area
you choose. Car park sections are clearly marked.
In adjoining areas there are two sets of Parking Meters, both clearly marked
with the areas that their tickets are valid for.
The whole of Central Milton Keynes area works on a Pay & Display system, we at Xscape would like to be able to offer our customers free parking but if we did, customers and workers from elsewhere in the City Centre would take all of our free spaces and this would be even worse for our customers leaving them with anything up to ½ mile walk.
