Sweatshop Beginner’s Running Club

Join the Sweatshop Running Community as they start up their Couch to 5k beginner session on Monday 9 January, 7pm.

Building up steadily over the course of 8 weeks this program aims to get you to that first 5k distance as comfortably as possible.

But what if you are too slow? NOBODY is too slow, we understand everyone has their own natural pace and different level of fitness. Nobody will be left behind.

Each Monday evening outing will be structured, mentored and back marked ensuring that no person is left behind or on their own.
