Entry

(a). To win a year long Cineworld cinema pass (herein ‘Unlimited Card’) entrants must visit http://www.xscape.co.uk/yorkshire/chris-moose and complete an official entry form on completion of the challenge.

Employees of Xscape & X-Leisure and their immediate families, its retail and leisure tenants, operators, Subsidiaries or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are ineligible to enter the competition.

Although there is no age limit, entrants are bound by the Terms & Conditions set out by Cineworld for use of their Unlimited Card which can be found here http://www.cineworld.co.uk/unlimited#tncs. Xscape management reserve the right not to include entries which they deem to be from entrants who cannot fulfil these terms.

Entries

(a) Following the completion of 10 quiz questions, information must be submitted to the score board to be eligible for entry intro the competition at http://xscape.co.uk/yorkshire/chris-moose

(b) Unlimited entries per person and per email. The highest correlating Quiz score per entry will be counted, and any other entries quoting the same e-mail discarded.

(c) The competition will run from Monday 6th December 2010 to Monday 10th January 2011

(d) Entrants can be any age as set out by the Unlimited Card Terms and Conditions

Prize Restrictions

The prizes stated in 3. Prizes are subject to Cineworld Cinemas Unlimited Card Terms and Conditions http://www.cineworld.co.uk/unlimited#tncs. If these criteria are not met or these terms are no adhered to, Cineworld Management reserve the right to cancel and or reject the Unlimited card prize application or any future use.

Entry Restrictions

Entrants must enter their details as part of the Chris Moose Quiz, entries from other sources will not be accepted.

Winner

3 entries will be chosen at random on Thursday 30th January 2011 and the prize winner informed as soon as possible on or after that date.

Judging

(a) In the event that a decision requires mediation, a member of staff from Xscape and X-Leisure will be called upon. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
